AEROPRESS

Step 1
Insert a paper filter into the Aeropress's detachable plastic cap. Screw the cap to the bottom of the Aeropress.
Step 2
Place the Aeropress onto your coffee cup.
Step 3
For one cup, put one scoop of the Flying Squirrel Coffee.
Step 4
Pour hot water upto the '1' mark.
Step 5
Gently stir the contents with the stirrer provided until the coffee grounds are saturated evenly.
Step 6
Place the plunger on the chamber, and wait for 30 seconds to 120 seconds depending on the strength of coffee required.
Once done, compress the plunger as shown in the image. If the pushing feels too easy, your grind is likely too coarse; if it’s very hard to push, chances are the grind is too fine. Your coffee is fully extracted once it begins to make a hissing sound.
The total time to make the coffee should be around 2 mins.

Step 7
Add hot water for black coffee, or milk and sugar to taste.
