Legend has it that Ethiopian shepherds first noticed their goats dancing after eating coffee berries. Tell you the truth, coffee has made us dance on a lot of bleak days too! It’s more than just about a wake-up jolt. Coffee has become an intrinsic part of our daily lives.
Tired? Coffee. Bored? Coffee. Working late? First date? Coffee is the answer to a lot of life’s challenges. But time and again, the questions arise: Is it good for you? Is too much going to cause problems? How much coffee is too much, anyway? Should we even be drinking it?
