Clouds In My Coffee

Clouds In My Coffee works best black, brilliantly as an espresso, or with a spot of milk / cream.

This specialty coffee is created by sending some of our finest Arabica beans on a 2-3 month vacation to coastal karnataka! The beans are stored in large shipping containers, partially exposed to humid and salty sea air where they are left to absorb moisture and develop a truly unique character. This process is essentially a recreation of a British-era shipping misadventure, where a shipful of coffee beans got over exposed to sea air. Initially discarded, and then accidentally discovered, these beans were all the rage in London for their very unique character and cupping notes.

Excellent Review by Paul
Loved both the French Press and the Espresso grind. (Posted on 3/20/2019)
Great coffee! :) Review by Nihar
This is my first FS coffee and I loved it.
Thank you guys! I was hoping for a finer grind though.
Which is why 4 stars and not 5. I opted for
a South Indian filter grind and it was not as fine as
I'd want it to be, but that's again a personal opinion.
You guys definitely know better. It's just that
because of the coarse grind, the water percolates
through the coffee faster than the usual grind
I use, so I have to pass it twice if I need stronger
coffee. Maybe I'll try changing my percolator.
But the taste is spot on. Love the flavour. :) (Posted on 9/20/2017)
Sharp and Intense Review by Sahil
I usually brew my coffee in a moka pot. This particular espresso has an intense and rich body.
It's a perfect morning espresso shot to give one a boost for the day.
It leaves a spicy after taste. I would say it's a drink for the bold. (Posted on 9/4/2017)
